The company JPG Soluciones y Servicios IT joined the Innovation and Technology Commission of the Employers' Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex) Mexico City. The intention of this incorporation is to strengthen digital transformation in the business sector of the capital.
Jeconías Pastelín Gómez, representative of the company, mentioned that they will focus on supporting large companies in the adoption of digital technologies to close technological gaps and increase their competitiveness. The goal is to facilitate access to quality technological solutions for both large companies and SMEs, which represent the backbone of the Mexican economy, so they can face the challenges of the current market more productively.
In collaboration with Coparmex CDMX, JPG Soluciones y Servicios IT will develop training and workshops aimed at entrepreneurs and executives to increase knowledge about digital tools.
One of the first products they will present will be business management software through the help desk service, which aims to optimize processes, reduce operating costs, and enhance customer experience. This software, according to Jeconías Pastelín, has proven its effectiveness in large companies and is being adapted to the needs of SMEs.
